You can be among the first to know about new listings posted to the MLS with automatic email notification. I can enter an automatic search with the MLS system that is customized to your criteria. All you will need to do is to send me an email answering the questions below. The first time we run the search, it will return all of the homes that match your search criteria. After the initial search, you will only receive notices on homes that re newly entered on MLS, or current listings that are changed in some way (usually a price change).
