| Finding the right financing for your home
purchase is very important. Do you know how to find a lender?
Will you select your lender after interviewing several, or will you work
with the first person you talk with? Will you work with a broker,
or directly with a lender? If you are buying a new home and the
builder is using their own lender to qualify you, must you use that
lender to make your loan? You must be ready to answer these
questions as you get started on your home purchase.
